The Course
The NeoPent Challenge consists of 5 separate stages, each over its own unique course.
The course has been scientifically designed in conjunction with XXXXX to test a specific athletic attribute:
Participants have 1 attempt at each fence. Depending on nature of the fence, an attempt will be deemed have been made if a participant’s foot hits the ground. If unable to complete a fence, participants will have to enter the "penalty box" for 3 minutes.
Penalties
Participants who are unable to complete a fence, will have 2 minutes added to their time by an invigilator.
This will be done automatically using an RFID reader that will read the participant's chip and add the 2 minute penalty automatically.
There is no limit to the number of times a participant can be penalised.
Inductions
Inductions will be given to participants prior to the start of each wave.
The inductions will advise on the course and details regarding individual fences.
Invigalators
Each fence will be manned by invigilators.
The invigilators will ensure that the participants complete the fences correctly, in line with the specific fence description and to the specified reptations / time.
