THE CHALLENGE
Five Disciplines. One Complete Test.
The NeoPent Challenge brings endurance, strength, agility, balance and speed together within one sporting challenge.
Each discipline is completed and measured separately, with equal importance given to every area of performance. The results are then combined to create an overall score—rewarding complete athletic ability rather than excellence in only one discipline.

How the Challenge Works
The NeoPent Challenge is made up of five separate athletic disciplines, each designed to measure a different area of physical performance.
Participants complete every discipline during the event, with their performance recorded and ranked independently in each one. The five results are then combined to create an overall NeoPent Challenge score.

Course Rules & Attempts
Participants must complete each stage in accordance with the instructions provided during their event induction.
Each course element must be attempted and completed using the stated technique, number of repetitions or time requirements. An attempt will be considered to have begun once the participant engages with the course element.
Penalties
Where a participant is unable to complete a course element correctly, a time penalty will be applied in accordance with the official event rules.
Performance and penalties will be recorded electronically to ensure each participant’s final results are calculated accurately.
Participant Induction
Before the start of each wave, participants will receive an induction explaining the course, the five stages and the correct way to complete each element.
Invigilation & Event Supervision
Each stage will be supervised by trained invigilators responsible for ensuring that the required technique, repetitions and timings are completed and recorded consistently.
The Five Disciplines
Each discipline measures a different area of athletic performance. Together, they create a more complete test of endurance, strength, agility, balance and speed.
